Parkwood Pools Plantation is Superior Pools Reincarnate

Poor, poor, Superior Pools, Spa's and Waterfalls is headed for dissolution. Both partners William Adams and Ron Sugg have asked for dissolution in their lawsuit against each other.

In my opinion, it couldn't happen to a couple of more deserving fellows. Over their 8 years in business, they've been involved in dozens of lawsuits. It seems as though their chosen path to riches is to wrangle a consumer into a contract, dig a hole in their backyard and go for months until they consumer gets someone else to complete the job. They then place a lien on the consumer's property and sue for their "lost profits" because they weren't allowed to finish. Many times, the consumer just pays them. Sometimes they fight and end up paying more in attorney's fees than they would have. Superior has driven people to financial ruin. Click for such a case:

Superior/Adams behaviour has been repeated a number of times - check it out yourself in the public record for the larger cases in Broward County alone. Click below:

So, you ask, if they're going out of business, why blog?

The President of Superior Pools, William Adams, has started another company with his son: Parkwood Pools, Inc. and Parkwood Pavers, Inc. again, of Plantation, FL. Click on the links to verify this if you wish:

So, if you see one of their ads and think about hiring them to build a pool for you, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Randall Gilbert, the sleazy lawyer who has been Superior Pool's attorney has his own problems - the State of Florida has sued him for fraud:

Here's the Florida Attorney General's complaint againt Gilbert. It sounds just like the business practices adopted by these pool companies:
